A Tugun Beach apartment renovation on the Gold Coast, fully redesigned by ILK Bathrooms to transform the original layout and improve functionality, flow, and liveability throughout.

The kitchen was reconfigured to include a large island bench, designed for both preparation and informal dining. Stipple ceilings were removed and replaced with clean plasterboard finishes to modernise the interior.

The main bathroom was fully reworked, with the original separate toilet and laundry removed. The laundry was relocated to the corridor with integrated, concealed storage to maximise space within the apartment.

Both the main bathroom and compact ensuite were completely redesigned, with the ensuite reconfigured to achieve a highly functional layout despite its small footprint. Large-format tiles, a neutral palette, and custom vanities, benchtops, mirrors, and cabinetry were used throughout to create a calm, timeless base for the client’s styling.

A cohesive, design-led renovation by ILK Bathrooms, delivering practical luxury and considered apartment living.
