Large-format neutral tiles form the base palette, with a feature tile in the same colour introduced in a different pattern for subtle texture, complemented by warm timber accents.

The ensuite bathroom continues the same cohesive design, with a full reconfiguration of the vanity and mirror cabinetry to improve practicality and storage. LED lighting beneath the mirror cabinets adds soft ambient illumination, enhancing the overall modern finish.

The powder room is a standout feature of the renovation and is frequently highlighted by the client. It includes a sculptural freestanding resin basin, oval mirror, and a handmade ceramic feature wall light. Feature tiles are used behind the vanity, with large-format tiles extending to 1200mm on surrounding walls for durability and balance.
